A. Customer & Website Visitor Data
We collect personal data only when there is a lawful basis and for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes. Depending on how you interact with us, we collect the following categories of information:
• Identity Data: First name, last name, and government-issued identifiers (such as a PAN Card) if required for high-value transactions under Indian anti-money laundering and tax guidelines.
• Contact & Account Data: Billing address, delivery/shipping address, email address, mobile/telephone numbers, and account credentials if you choose to create an account with us.
• Financial & Transaction Data: Bank account details, purchase data, detailed histories of Jewelry items purchased from us, and payment card information. Note: Financial indicators marked internally may not be collected from surface-level website visits unless a transaction is initiated.
• Technical & Navigational Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, login info, browser specifications, time zone settings, operating systems, and navigational or browsing pattern behaviour across our digital storefront. For surface visitors who do not make a purchase, IP addresses are used solely for generalized demographic data (e.g., geographic regions) and are not traced to a specific individual name.
• Preferences & Special Occasions: Your product and service preferences, as well as dates of special occasions related to individuals you buy gifts for (such as birthdays or anniversaries) to help us serve you better.
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
